Sunrise Opportunities Mission Statement
The mission of Sunrise Opportunities is to provide living and work environments
in which people with disabilities can thrive, enjoy a high quality of life,
and reach their own personal goals. To that end, Sunrise Opportunities has
created residential and work programs, and mental health services, to meet
the needs of the individuals enrolled.
Funding
Sunrise Opportunities is a private non-profit organization run by a volunteer
Board of Directors. Federal, State, and local resources provide funds. Private
donations are appreciated and tax deductible, as are donations of time and
material.

Eligibility
Children and adults living in Washington and Eastern Hancock County who
have a mental illness, intellectual disability or are in need of counseling.
